Do you remember the books from your childhood? I do. The Magic Faraway Tree, The Famous Five, The Saddle Club, Heartland, Matilda...the list goes on. I was a real book worm! 

I loved disappearing into the pages of a good book, so absorbed in the characters and their worlds, that for a brief moment (or sometimes many hours!), the real world simply vanished. 

Not much has changed, I still love that feeling, and hopefully my books will make kids feel the exact same way.
