When I started Writers off the Page, I was only interviewing local Western Australian authors, so I thought it was fitting to celebrate this milestone with a local author and someone who has offered me an enormous amount of advice during my own publishing adventure.
Heather Waugh, also known as HM Waugh, is an environmental scientist, writer and educator with a long-term love of wild places and high mountains.
She is the author of the YA novel Evacuation Road, and middle grade books The Lost Stone of SkyCity and sci-fi duology – Mars Awakens and Mars Underground.
